Deliveries
Aheadband currently delivers only in Switzerland.
Upon receipt of your payment, we ship your order to Switzerland free of charge for purchases of 100.- or more via priority mail within 15 working days.
All shipments are sent via priority mail, without tracking or insurance. However, it is possible to opt for tracked or insured shipping. In this case, the customer must contact Aheadband before making payment.
Shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly, depending on the destination, weight and size of the package, according to the rates charged by the Swiss postal services.
The recipient is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to import duties, customs fees and taxes levied by the destination country.
Additional customs clearance fees must be paid by the recipient.
Customs policies vary considerably from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a bubble envelope.
Return shipping costs for a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
